  • Have 5+ years of executive healthcare leadership experience

  • Have led through organizational crisis or significant change

  • Are willing to share your honest opinion, perceptions, thoughts, and experiences

Details

  • One virtual interview via Zoom or Teams (your choice)

  • Audio recorded only—no video required

  • Scheduled at your convenience through February 28, 2026.

Know Someone Who'd Be Perfect?

Please share this with colleagues in healthcare administration. We need diverse voices—from community hospitals to large health systems, from long-tenured executives to newer leaders who've been baptized by fire.

The crises will keep coming. Let's make sure we're learning from the leaders who've already faced them!
