Hello. I am Serina or as some call me: Ms. G. I am a business success coach and digital entrepreneur who turned years of childhood ab*s*e and self-doubt into a mission of helping others rise in entrepreneurship. For as much as I can remember of my childhood, I was ab*s*ed in a number of ways. I was stripped of my dignity at a very early age, which left me feeling confused, devalued, shamed, empty, powerless, invisible, and unworthy. To cope with the pain of my traumatic past, I embedded myself in education. It wasn’t until much later in adulthood that I realized I had the power to rewrite my own story. Through deep inner work of emotional and psychological healing, I disrupted my limiting beliefs, reclaimed my voice, built my confidence, and launched my purpose-driven business.

Now, I empower new and seasoned entrepreneurs and solopreneurs to disrupt the limiting beliefs holding them back so they can fully step into their potential and break down success barriers. Additionally, I arm my clients with business success strategies and tools that are actionable, achievable, and proven.

When I first launched Leadership Palace, I experienced feelings of frustration, insecurity, and regret about not starting sooner. But I refuse to continue to allow negative emotional layers to overcast my triumph. Because guess what: I took the leap and started, even when I felt that I was not fully ready. I realized I already had what I needed to be successful in this business. I realized that there are others out there who need what I am offering. And I realized that the services I offer could help others become successful, but only if I took action.
